Too funnny, I was the one Beth slept in the car with haha! We went to see The Fixx on the beach in Santa Cruz. My family was there camping and we hung out with them at the beach and then went to the concert. We took pics in a photo booth and it took so long that we missed our favorite song. After the concert we went out in downtown SC. We changed in the car and looked fabulous I must say. Beth was a trooper, we had no plans to go out but got a few oufits together and of course we both had a pair of heals ya! at the beach...I know. Like we always said pack plenty of shoes, you never know when plans can change or when life may present a new adventure. So later we attempted to get back to the campsite and it was so dark we couldn't find the gang but luckily we had blankets, pillows and provisions. We thought about wingin' it and heading down to the beach but thought that wasn't the smartest idea. Soooooooo, we made a big bed in my car and hung out and told stories and laughed our ass's off untill we fell asleep. The next morning we woke up to grounds keepers cleaning and taking out the trash around us. We laughed, started the car and left. We proceeded to head back to Fresno later that morning. We got so engrossed in our conversation we got lost and drove 45 mins out of the way. The funny thing I had driven to SC a million times. That was not the first time we had gotten lost on a road trip but we always laughed it off and said "we'll get there when we get there". Good times and unforgettable moments.
